Diversity, disability and age should always be championed. Older women, particularly over 50, are frequently overlooked in media, making representation crucial for validating our lived experience. As a mother of I had reservations showing my body in a bikini but as an actress & model I feel it is partly my job to represent & show that my initial vulnerability can also lead to empowerment & acceptance. The shoot initially, made me feel quite vulnerable but also empowered to show myself in a more authentically fun & artistic way – Jo Caufield
